Republican Texas state Rep. Giovanni Capriglione introduced a bill in the state legislature for the establishment of a state Bitcoin strategic reserve. Expect other states to follow with similar bills. Alabama state auditor Andrew Sorrell has called for one. Senator Lummis has proposed a bill for the U.S. government.
